Rude Pegasus Staff At Ercan Airport Mishandled Baggage Drop Process

On November 4, 2025, at 16:12, I experienced a serious issue at the Pegasus ticket sales and baggage drop counter at Ercan Airport in Cyprus. During my ticket process, I was given a specific time to check in my luggage and was told to return at that time. However, when I returned, I was told I had to wait another hour. This information was delivered in a rude manner by a male employee with a goatee and black hair. Even though I explained that I had previously received this information from a female employee next to him, he ignored me and spoke dismissively. Then, a female employee sitting beside him, with light brown hair tied halfway up, also acted rudely toward both me and my sister, who was with me. Despite explaining the situation again, the female employee stood up, raised her voice, and continued speaking loudly, making the situation even more uncomfortable. I could not reach any supervisor during this time, and I regret choosing Pegasus after such an unpleasant experience. I had never faced such treatment while flying with Turkish Airlines. I request an official apology from Pegasus and that the necessary action be taken regarding the staff involved in this incident.
