I Face Pegasus Staff Charging Extra Fee for Standard Cabin Baggage

On October 5, 2025, during my Pegasus Airlines flight from Dalaman to Sabiha Gökçen, I was charged an unfair additional fee for my cabin-size suitcase. Just one day earlier, on October 4, I had flown the same route in reverse (Sabiha Gökçen to Dalaman) with the exact same suitcase and had no issues or extra charges.

However, before boarding my return flight at Dalaman Airport, two Pegasus staff members claimed that my suitcase did not meet cabin baggage standards and demanded an extra ₺1,250 payment. They measured my bag on the spot but gave no explanation and spoke in a rude and dismissive manner, insisting that I pay immediately.

I have never had any problem with this same bag on Pegasus or any other airline before. The inconsistent baggage policy enforcement and the unprofessional behavior of the staff caused significant frustration and inconvenience.

I request a full refund of the ₺1,250 I was unfairly charged and expect both an explanation and an apology from Pegasus Airlines for this unacceptable experience.
