On April 19, 2025, during my Düsseldorf–Sabiha Gökçen flight number PC1004, I did not receive my suitcase at Sabiha Gökçen Airport. I went to the lost and found office and reported the issue; they wrote a petition on my behalf and told me the suitcase would be delivered to my home within 1–2 working days. However, I have neither received a phone call nor an email since then. How difficult can it be to track a suitcase and send it on the next flight to Istanbul? I expected more from Pegasus Airlines. This isn’t even the first problem—I had my suitcase wheels broken on my previous flight with them. I will never buy a ticket from Pegasus again.

As of today (5 days after the flight), they evaluated my complaint email, called me, and told me that they had found my suitcase and brought it to Sabiha Airport. They also said it would be delivered to my home during the day. My suitcase was delivered to my home in the afternoon. It was my own suitcase. My belongings appear to be complete.

lucky you. The same thing also happened to me. The staff at Sabiha Gökçen Airport provided very poor and unhelpful service. I lost one piece of my luggage with Pegasus Airlines from Amsterdam to Sabiha (8 January 2026) at Sabiha Airport as well, and the staff were not helpful at all in handling the situation.
