Pegasus Airlines Lost My Suitcase, It's Been Missing For 4 Days

My suitcase was lost at the Vienna-Istanbul flight on Sunday. The flight from Vienna was at 15:00. We landed in Istanbul around 19:00. I placed my suitcase in the cabin. Two stewardesses took my suitcase down and said it would be put in the luggage. They only asked me for my seat number. No label or barcode. It was not attached to me, it was not given to me. This is a great irresponsibility. That's why I will complain about the cabin crew and your company in particular. When I landed, I waited for the luggage for about two hours. Then I filled out the form in your lost office. I was not given a copy of the form. I was very mentally exhausted for 3 days. All my belongings were in the suitcase. The gifts and items I bought from there, I have valuables in them. My newly bought leather coat, sweaters, trousers, dresses, electronic items. I am in incredible financial loss. And it has been 3 days and there is still no sound. I want you to find where my suitcase is as soon as possible. I am a teacher and I have been victimized. I trusted a big company like Pegasus and I expect your support. I am now a victim of this irresponsibility and negligence. I want the stress I have been experiencing and the fact that I have been in a difficult situation for days to be resolved and compensated as soon as possible.
