Pegasus Airlines Returned My Bag Without Items and Denied Compensation
On 01/05/2025, my husband and I traveled from Ercan Airport to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport on flight PC1921. When we landed at Sabiha Gökçen, my husband's checked luggage did not arrive. We filed a report at the Pegasus Lost Luggage section at the airport. The luggage was delivered to our home on 05/05/2025, but all clothing, electronics, and sunglasses worth approximately ₺35,000 were missing. The company refuses to compensate for the loss under report number HDQPC19900. We submitted invoices proving that the missing items were indeed ours. Despite our repeated calls and emails, they continue to stall and have not provided any compensation. We urgently request that necessary action be taken against the company and that our financial loss be reimbursed.
