Pegasus Lost My Luggage On the Flight And A Tom Tailor Coat Was Stolen
On October 21, 2025, my baggage was lost on Pegasus flight PC980 from Berlin to Sabiha Gökçen. I contacted Pegasus customer service to have my baggage located and a case was opened under application number sawpc86052. About four days later I was informed that my baggage had been found, but it was delivered to me only nine days after the flight. Besides the hardship of being without my baggage for days, I witnessed great disappointment suffered by my child. When I received my baggage I noticed that a pink children’s coat by Tom Tailor (estimated value approximately €80) had been stolen. This situation caused me both anger and a loss of trust. I contacted Pegasus about the matter again; I was told I needed to fill out a form and that I would be informed by e-mail. However, to date I have not received any e-mail and my grievance has not been resolved. I request immediate financial compensation for this theft. I also request that the security camera recordings be reviewed in order to identify the person responsible, because someone else’s more valuable item may also have been stolen. My sole purpose is to seek my rights. If this matter is not resolved, I would like to inform you that I will pursue legal action.
