Pegasus Airlines Damaged My Luggage and Lost My Items
On 24/08/2025, I flew from Antalya to Adana with Pegasus Airlines. I handed over my luggage in good condition at Antalya, but when I arrived in Adana, I received it damaged, open, and missing some of my belongings. I immediately filed a lost property report, and after rechecking, my missing items were not found. Two days later, only one item was located, while the rest are still missing. When I spoke with Pegasus officials during this process, they stated that they only take responsibility for clothing-type items and do not accept responsibility for other belongings. I request compensation for my loss, either by locating my missing items or covering the financial damage. The company refuses to take any responsibility, and I want others to know that Pegasus does not accept responsibility for luggage before they choose to fly. I expect an urgent resolution to this matter.
