Pegasus Airlines Lost My Luggage on Paris to SAW Flight
During our flight with Pegasus Airlines from Paris Orly to Sabiha Gökçen (SAW), my luggage was lost. I filled out a form with the ground services, but despite calling every day for a week, I have received no information. The only response I get is that it's "being investigated."
It's clear that Pegasus is capable of transporting people but has issues with keeping track of their luggage. When I asked about reviewing airport cameras, I was told that only law enforcement can do that. So, how is my luggage supposed to be found? Is it expected to just show up on its own, saying "I’m lost"? And even if it did, with the chaos you’ve created, it would probably end up misplaced again.
I am demanding that my luggage be found immediately. I also want you to know that I will pursue all legal avenues available to me if this issue is not resolved.
The suitcase still hasn't been found. The amount offered to us is almost the price of an empty suitcase. Despite the invoices for the items inside being provided, very unrelated amounts were offered. We have applied to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
