I flew from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Eindhoven Airport with Pegasus Airlines on December 11. My PNR number is Uttszh. When I arrived in Eindhoven, about 10 people, including myself, did not have their luggage. We were inconvenienced for 2 days. My luggage arrived from Istanbul 2 days later. When I called Pegasus customer service, they told me to keep the receipts for necessary expenses (t-shirts, underwear, toothbrush, etc.), then file a claim with them, and they would reimburse me. I filed a claim and submitted all my receipts. About a week later, they also asked me to send the receipts via email, which I did. Today is the 22nd, 11 days have passed since the incident. They still say the review is ongoing. What are you reviewing for 11 days? I want the money for the receipts I submitted as soon as possible. You cannot inconvenience people this much. Because of you, I had to buy t-shirts, underwear, a toothbrush, and a charger. I traveled back and forth to get my luggage. Worst of all, I was stressed for 2 days about whether and how my luggage would arrive.
