Pegasus Flight Disaster for Ukrainian Passport Holders, Misinformation, and Financial Loss

We had a flight ticket purchased 1 month in advance for the morning of November 8th. My Ukrainian friend bought a ticket from Antalya to Russia with a Ukrainian passport. While many sites gave warnings, Pegasus sold the ticket without informing that Ukrainians could not land at Moscow airport. On the morning of the flight, the staff there did not help my friend, who was at the airport 3 hours in advance and purchased all the cancellation rights of the ticket, and told the foreign national to cancel from our application and did not cancel the ticket. They have now sent an e-mail to my friend, who had to buy a flight ticket from a different company for 560 dollars due to Pegasus not providing information. The information they gave to my friend is also incomplete. He is in Moscow right now! We will go to both the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the court.
