Pegasus Flight Delayed 14 Hours - No Support Or Compensation Provided

On 29 December, on Pegasus flight PC2381, my flight was postponed three times and as a result I had to wait at the airport for about 14 hours. During this entire period I did not receive any support from Pegasus staff and no guidance, information, food, accommodation or alternative solution was offered. We were left completely on our own despite the long delay. This experience has caused significant victimization and I find it unacceptable that passengers are left without any support for such a long delay. I request appropriate compensation for this delay and a voucher that I can use on future flights. My PNR code is 1L2ALM. I expect my grievance to be examined and resolved as soon as possible.
