Pegasus Charged Me Extra Baggage Fee on My Hannover Flight

On September 7, 2024, during my Pegasus flight PC1025B from Hannover, an extra baggage fee of €50 was charged to my credit card at boarding. I only had one bag and did not have excess items, and I even stated that I could rearrange my bag, wear multiple layers of clothing, or leave some belongings behind. However, I was not allowed to wear my sweatshirt and was told I had to throw it away. I had the right to wear my clothes and reorganize my bag, and if I had been given that chance, I would not have had to pay this fee. As a result, I was treated unfairly and forced to pay an additional charge. I request that this excess fee be refunded to me or credited as a ticket, and I kindly ask that the necessary action be taken regarding this matter.
