Pegasus Canceled My Flight but Refused to Compensate Me

Pegasus canceled my ticket but has not paid any compensation, which is clearly against the law. I contacted them, but despite the time that has passed, they have not taken any responsibility or offered a resolution. I even submitted all the necessary documents and followed every step they listed, yet nothing has changed. Their customer service keeps giving generic replies without any progress. I cannot recommend traveling with Pegasus after this experience. It’s truly unacceptable, and I find it disgraceful that they ignore their legal obligations. You can be sure that I will pursue all my rights under the law. I also don’t understand why they need 40 days just to respond to a simple complaint.
