Dear esteemed Pegasus officials,

I, Fehmi T****, learned today from the message you sent to my phone that our flight PC 437 from Moldova to Istanbul scheduled for 03.07.2024 has been changed. I absolutely do not accept this change. I had scheduled my return for a very crucial time due to my business in Istanbul. If the change is inevitable, I, Fehmi T****, along with my wife M****** K*******, my daughter Derya T****, and my son Deniz T****, request that our flight on 03.07.2024 with PC 437 be changed to any of the dates 26.06.2024, 27.06.2024, or 28.06.2024, with 20 kg of baggage, just as stated on our tickets, without any additional fee. Missing my appointments would be more convenient for me to stay in Istanbul.
