Pegasus Airlines Made Me Miss My Flight - I Had to Buy New Tickets Myself



Dear Pegasus Airlines, I am submitting my formal claim concerning our disrupted travel on April 5th, 2025 (Booking Ref: CFP64C), as we did not board the delayed flight from Antalya due to critical family circumstances. Upon learning there were no further same-day travel options to Copenhagen, we had no choice but to purchase new tickets with another airline. The reason for this urgent decision was twofold: Our grandchild’s christening was scheduled for the next morning at 10:00 AM My father, who was already unwell before our trip, experienced a serious worsening in his condition while we were away It was vital for us to return to Denmark that same evening.
