They overcharged me for baggage. We are a family of five (including one infant), so a total of 90 kg. I weighed everything at home, but unfortunately, the lady at check-in made a mistake regarding the infant. We didn’t have time to wait, so I accepted her charge of £170, which was more expensive than the ticket. I will be making a further complaint and will be fighting for my money. Please don’t make the same mistake I did, as this airline is trying to rip you off. Let me know if you need any further assistance!
