Pegasus Airlines Charged Me €150 for My Carry-On After Previously Accepting It
I’ve flown with Pegasus Airlines three times and never had a problem with my carry-on luggage. So, I was on my flight from Amsterdam, and out of nowhere, the staff decided my bag was oversized, even though it had passed without issue on previous flights. I was made to check my bag, but they just let others with bigger bags on without any issues. The staff seemed pretty clueless and took ages to process my credit card. I asked for a receipt, and they said they’d send it, but it never showed up. When I arrived, I was hit with a charge of €150 instead of the usual €50 fee. After I filed a complaint, they just shut my case down without any explanation. I'm currently disputing it with my credit card.
