We purchased a connecting flight ticket through Pegasus Airlines, which arranged our flights. After a 1.5-hour delay, we're still waiting at the gate for our plane, and we are going to miss our next flight. Here's where it gets interesting. Pegasus' solution to our predicament is to offer us a ticket for a flight one week later. A week! They even suggested that we could fly to Cyprus, though there's no guarantee that would work. I can't make it to work on time, and my spouse, a village doctor, won't make it either. Instead of resolving the issue, Pegasus suggests waiting around for a no-show to snag their seat. We've tried that. This isn't a solution. Offering flights a week later or suggesting we go to Istanbul to catch a flight in two days, meanwhile risking our jobs, is not addressing the problem. We paid over ₺6,000 for these tickets. I will not forget this experience and will seek to get what I'm owed from Pegasus.
On 11 May, I bought a flight ticket from Pegasus Airlines to travel from Izmir to Istanbul on 27 May. While the 13:10 flight on that day was priced at ₺999, I chose to pay ₺152.69 more for the 11:10 flight because I had early meetings and interviews. However, on the day of the flight, the plane was ...

The authorized personnel confirmed that this option was available, ...

We arrived at the airport just as the plane was taking off, unable to reach the gate in time. This marks the third and final time my family ...
Once again, I experienced a delayed flight with Pegasus Airlines. My flight from Sabiha Gökçen to Mardin on March 28, 2025, was supposed to leave at 20:20, but it ended up taking off at 21:40—1 hour and 20 minutes behind schedule. Lack of clarity, absence of updates, and no acknowledgment of the iss...
