On my Pegasus flight PC2006, which departed at 08:50 from Sabiha Gökçen and landed at Antalya Airport, my luggage was not loaded onto the plane. As a result, I had to arrive at my hotel without my bag. It is now 21:00, and I am still waiting for my luggage at the hotel. This delay has ruined the first day of my vacation, which I had paid a significant amount for.

Additionally, I have a broken toe and the necessary apparatus is in my luggage. I had to walk around all day with my injured foot in a shoe, causing it to swell and bruise further. I require compensation for both the financial and emotional distress this situation has caused. How will you address the hotel expenses for the day wasted and the overall poor start to my vacation?

Bavulum gece saat 23:00de tüm tekerleri kırık şekilde teslim edildi. Gerçekren bu kadar yolcuya değer verilmeyen bir firma olduğuna inanamıyorum. Benim ayak parmağım kırık o şekilde nasıl o bavulu taşıyacağım? Tekersiz şekilde taşımam mümkün değil. Ayrıca nasıl utanmadan hiçbir açıklama yapmazsınız? Bavulumu da tatilimi de mahvettiniz. Maddi , manevi telafisini talep ediyorum. 28 temmuza kadar otelime aynı boy(büyük) yeni bir bavul göndermenizi talep ediyorum. Oldukça aciliyeti olan bir durum bu.

My suitcase was delivered at 23:00 at night with all the wheels broken. I really cannot believe that there is a company that does not value so many passengers. How will I carry that suitcase with a broken toe? It is not possible to carry it without wheels. Also, how can you not make any statements without shame? You ruined both my suitcase and my holiday. I demand material and moral compensation. I request that you send a new suitcase of the same size (large) to my hotel by July 28th. This is a very urgent situation.

Today, I checked out of the hotel and I'm practically dragging a huge suitcase with four broken wheels. The solution Pegasus offered me was to get the wheels repaired and send them the invoice. Am I supposed to deal with that during my one-week vacation?! I have to leave the hotel in Antalya and look for a repair shop. Can there be such absurdity? I will appeal everywhere and seek my rights. Let everyone know that Pegasus is a regret.

They told me to leave the hotel and get the wheels fixed. Their solution is a joke. Am I going to look for a repairman during my one-week vacation? Of course I couldn't be bothered and I'm crawling with a big suitcase with broken wheels at the airport to get home. When I get back, I will fight for all my rights to the end. Pegasus is regret.
