On Pegasus flight PC651 to Casablanca, 80% of the passengers' luggage went missing. I don't understand where the luggage handlers have taken these bags. Why isn't anyone questioning why there is so little luggage on the plane? Pegasus' new self-service luggage drop-off system unfortunately doesn't work. I am currently sitting at Casablanca airport without my eye drops and heart medication, and with nothing but the shorts and t-shirt I'm wearing. Since the pharmacy is closed at night, I couldn't find my eye drops, and my eyes are so red and painful that I can't open them. Additionally, I am on the verge of tears out of frustration.
