Pegasus Airlines Extra Baggage Fee Charged Without Receipt
After my trip to Cologne on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1012, I was surprised to find an additional charge of 24 EUR for my checked baggage. Unfortunately, I did not receive a receipt for this extra fee. I have attempted to seek assistance through email and customer service, but unfortunately, my efforts have been unsuccessful. Why is it so difficult to send a receipt? Could you please send me a receipt as soon as possible?
