Pegasus Airlines Lost My Cabin Bags, Items Missing After Recovery

On my Pegasus Airlines flight PC 993 on December 6, 2024, my cabin bags were not accepted onboard, and I was asked to pay extra. Upon arrival in Frankfurt, my bags were missing. It took two days to locate them myself in the lost luggage storage area. Shockingly, the bags had no tags, were never logged into the system, and the airline continued to claim they were searching for them.
To make matters worse, some items, including dry food gifts, were missing from my bags. This experience has caused both financial and emotional distress. I demand compensation for the stolen items and the inconvenience caused by Pegasus Airlines’ lack of responsibility. Immediate action and resolution are required.
