Pegasus Airlines Did Not Cancel Flights To War-torn Lebanon

Last month, I purchased a flight ticket to Beirut, Lebanon, with Pegasus Airlines. My departure was scheduled for November 23rd and my return for November 26th. However, due to escalating conflict in the region, I wanted to cancel my trip as Israel's daily bombardment was affecting Lebanon. Despite requesting ticket cancellation multiple times at no charge, Pegasus informed me that cancellations had increased significantly. There's been around a 40% reduction in cancellations. Even though other airlines have not canceled their main routes under similar circumstances, Pegasus is unhelpful and causing harm to people. Nations like the USA, Saudi Arabia, Iran, etc., are issuing daily advisories urging their citizens to leave Lebanon. The fact that Pegasus ignores this crucial advice indicates an airline that is not adapting to the situation.
Every day, dozens of these news reports are given. Despite this, why are you being so stubborn? Shame on your company ethics. You are victimizing people for a few pennies and flying into the middle of a war.
