Pegasus Hand Luggage Policy Complaint. What is a handbag? Say there is no baggage, so we know. You label it as hand luggage for someone traveling abroad, and we mistakenly think it's carry-on baggage. We are shocked when we can't get the ticket and during the check-in process. What is 3 kilograms, and there's a 50 Euro penalty for exceeding the weight. It's a deceptive system. Please provide the correct ticket fare and allow for carry-on baggage. Hand luggage is deceptive.
