Pegasus Did Not Let Me Board Even Though I Arrived 1,5 Hours Before My Flight

My complaint is about Pegasus Airlines. I experienced significant inconvenience. I traveled to Germany on May 15, and on May 17, I was supposed to board a flight from Frankfurt Airport. I arrived 1.5 hours before the flight, but they said baggage check-in was closed. I retrieved my suitcase and wanted to board the plane by paying an extra fee. I explained that my flight time was approaching due to the crowd, but no one helped. I waited in the X-ray line and then went straight to the gate. There were still 7 minutes left, but they told me the gate was closed. I begged them, saying “please, there’s still time,” but they didn’t open it. Worst of all, they didn’t even announce my name. I even told the staff member who didn’t take my suitcase to inform the aircraft, but he said, “I can’t do that.” I missed the flight, couldn’t check in my suitcase, and many items were taken from it. Even though I made it to the gate, no one helped and my name was never called. I suffered a great deal of inconvenience. Despite repeatedly contacting Pegasus, I have received no response. I demand compensation for the inconvenience I’ve experienced.
