I purchased a flight ticket from Pegasus Airlines through eDreams.com. To ensure everything was in order, I called Pegasus, provided my first and last name, and asked them to verify my flight details. They told me, "We cannot check this." Is this really the case? I’ve been trying for three days to cancel my ticket for tomorrow, and no one seems to be taking responsibility after taking my money.
