Pegasus Airlines Lost My Suitcases and Didn't Resolve It
Pegasus Airlines lost my two large suitcases during my flight from Istanbul to Cidde on 06.08.2024 at 21:10, and the whole ordeal has been an absolute nightmare. Creating a report proved to be quite challenging as a result of their website experiencing technical issues and their lack of responsiveness to emails. It's been 11 days and I'm still waiting to hear anything about my lost luggage. Being in another country without my personal belongings, medications, and valuable possessions has been incredibly stressful and has put a strain on my finances. I find it quite surprising that even after such a long period, Pegasus still hasn't been able to find my belongings. I am filled with immense remorse over my decision to travel with Pegasus Airlines.
