I Received My Pegasus Luggage Damaged on London–SAW Flight and Got No Help

On my June 4, 2025 Pegasus Airlines flight from London to Sabiha Gökçen (SAW), my suitcase was returned in terrible condition. The level of damage was unacceptable—clearly caused by excessive force or careless handling. I understand minor scratches or scuffs are part of air travel, and I wouldn’t complain about something small. But this was beyond reasonable wear and tear. My luggage looked like it had been thrown around with zero regard for passengers’ belongings.
What added to my frustration was that there was no staff member around to report the issue when I arrived. I was in a rush to catch the Havabüs shuttle and couldn’t find a single Pegasus representative to speak to. I had no choice but to leave the airport with a badly damaged bag and no support.
This is not the kind of treatment I expect from an airline I paid ₺1,000+ to. If you can’t take proper care of luggage or have no staff available to assist upon arrival, what exactly are we paying for? I request immediate compensation for the damage and urge Pegasus to improve both baggage handling and ground support services.
