I Paid For My Baggage — Where is it PEGASUS AIRLINES?

On 8 January 2026, I flew with Pegasus Airlines on flight PC1252 from Amsterdam (AMS) to Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW). Upon arrival, I could not find one of my two checked bags. I approached the Pegasus staff on duty calmly and politely to ask about the whereabouts of my missing luggage, but instead of offering help, they responded rudely and disrespectfully, raising their voices and repeatedly saying “I don’t know” while ignoring my questions. The staff told me that my luggage would be delivered to me the next day, but this promise was not kept. As of now, my bag has been missing for one day, and I still have not received it. I am currently staying at Bursa Grand Family Hotel & Spa in Bursa, and I urgently need my personal belongings to continue my trip. I have tried to reach Pegasus customer service by email and by calling +90 850 250 0224 multiple times, but the number does not work, and I have not received any response at all. This lack of communication, combined with the rude behaviour of the airport staff and the failure to deliver my baggage as promised, has caused me serious stress and frustration and has completely ruined my trip. I am a tourist here, and this has been a terrible experience. As a frontline representative of a major tourist country, Pegasus Airlines should provide much better service than this, and this treatment is unacceptable. Because of this situation, I will strongly discourage my friends and family from travelling to Turkey in the future. I request that my missing luggage be located and delivered to me at my hotel in Bursa as soon as possible, as I urgently need my belongings. I also expect Pegasus Airlines to take this situation seriously, review the behaviour of the staff involved, and ensure that other passengers do not go through a similar experience.
