I had a Pegasus Airlines ticket for the 02.01.2023 Erbil - Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen airport flight, followed by the 9.15 Istanbul - Austria flight. However, the plane landed at Istanbul airport rather than Sabiha Gokcen's as planned. A few hours later, the plane took off again and landed at Sabiha Gokcen airport 3 hours after its scheduled arrival time. As a result, I missed my flight to Austria and was not provided with free lodging. I was financially and morally harmed, but they did not compensate me for my losses. If they fail to compensate me for my monetary losses, I will exercise my legal rights.
