I want to purchase extra baggage allowance for my Pegasus flight ticket, but I am unable to do so in any way—neither by using my BolBol points nor with my credit card. The call center, on the other hand, is quoting a price four times higher. If customers can’t use this system to make such purchases, then why was it created in the first place?
