Pegasus Airlines Didn’t Add Points From My Flights Despite Over 3000 Minutes of Flying

I am a Pegasus BolBol member, but the points from the tickets I purchased haven’t been added to my account. It’s really puzzling why we are encouraged to sign up and make transactions if the points aren’t going to be credited. Despite having flown for over 3000 minutes, I still haven’t received the points I’ve earned, and this is quite concerning. Pegasus’s lack of action on this matter is disappointing, and I feel like loyal customers should be treated better. I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly and that my missing points be added to my account. I hope this can be addressed quickly so I can continue using the benefits of the program.
