Pegasus Does Not Allow You To Use Many Points, They Deceive Customers

Pegasus says you can buy a ticket on any date you want with plenty of points, but when I check to see if there is a flight on the same day and confirm that the flight is available, I go back during the day and want to buy a ticket, it says it cannot be purchased with points! When I call customer services, I am told that there is flight availability, but they are also told that access is not allowed. A system based entirely on people not being able to use points! If I can use the points according to the dates Pegasus wants, what is the point of the points it gives? They are deceiving people and not allowing them to use their points!
