On October 4, 2025, at 5:28 p.m., I purchased a 20 kg additional baggage allowance for my Pegasus flight (Basel – Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen) scheduled for October 7, 2025, at 6:05 p.m. The purchase was made under booking number 385128146, for a discounted price of ₺591.60 (originally ₺946, with a 40% discount).
However, when I tried to cancel the extra baggage through the Pegasus website, I couldn’t find any option to complete the cancellation. I attempted multiple times on October 4 and October 5, but the system did not allow me to proceed. I also could not reach Pegasus customer service for assistance.
My extra baggage still appears as active on my ticket. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue with Pegasus. I am requesting the cancellation of my additional baggage purchase and a full refund of ₺591.60 to my account.
