Eyezy Customer Support Not Responding to Unauthorized Charge

On 09/28/2025, I purchased a one-year Premium subscription on the Eyezy app using my iPhone and Gmail account. I paid by credit card, and a total of $46, $1, and $6 — three separate charges — were withdrawn from my account.

Shortly afterward, I canceled my subscription and requested a refund. When I contacted Eyezy customer support, I was told that my request would be handled, but despite the time that has passed, I have not received any response and no refund has been processed. Additionally, I received a message from the mSpy support team with Ticket ID 8670323, stating that my request was being reviewed, but I still have not been provided with a solution. I have all receipts and reference numbers available.

Since my subscription has been canceled, I request a full refund of the charges. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
