Peekviewer charged my card instantly despite a free trial promise, how can I get my money back?

First try emailing support again with clear evidence of the free trial promise and your payment receipt, and politely insist on a refund based on their own terms.

If that gets no response, immediately contact your bank or card provider and request a chargeback/dispute, explaining you were charged despite a free trial and haven’t received service or support.

For iOS/Android purchases, you can also use Apple/Google refund request tools via your order history to try to reverse the charge.

If the problem remains unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and pursue a resolution.
