PDFSmart Unauthorized Subscription Charge After Trial

On 6 November 2025, I subscribed on PDFSmart to an offer presented at €1.99 for 8 days, and at that moment no clear information was shown indicating that this trial would convert into a recurring subscription of €49.99 per month, nor was this higher amount visible to me when I validated the payment. On 13 November, I discovered that €49.99 had been debited from my account by PDFSmart without my explicit consent for such a subscription. I have just contacted your customer service as I only became aware of this debit now, and I maintain that I never knowingly subscribed to a €49.99 monthly plan. I request a full refund of the €49.99 taken on 13 November and the immediate cancellation of this subscription that I did not clearly agree to, along with confirmation that no further debits will be made from my account.
