PDFSmart remains unresponsive after billing, how can I reach support or cancel?

If you want to cancel from your PDFSmart account, log in and look at the Subscription or Billing area in your dashboard.

If that doesn't work, the best way to get in touch with them is to email [email protected] or use the form on their website.

When you contact them, be sure to spell out your problem, include your account email and payment information, and ask to be canceled and given a refund if necessary.

If you need to take things to the next level, keep copies of your emails or form entries.

If PDFSmart still won't work after you've tried these steps, call your card company to stop future payments and challenge the charges.

Giving the dates and amounts of the transactions will help your bank handle the claim more quickly.
