On November 16, 2025, I purchased a basic package on Pdfguru, and my card information was saved during that transaction. After this, an additional $50 was charged to my card without my knowledge or approval. This charge was made completely without my consent.
I contacted customer service, but I was not able to get a solution. For security reasons, I immediately closed my card, so I currently do not have access to the transaction/order number.
My requests are:
An immediate refund of the $50 USD
Cancellation of any automatic payments or subscriptions, if any exist
Complete deletion of my card information from your system and written confirmation that no similar unauthorized charge will occur again
