PDFSmart Charged Me For 23 Months Without Consent – Never Used Once

I started a PDFSmart subscription on February 19, 2024. Recently, my subscription was renewed without my consent, and I noticed that I was charged €49.99 in South Korea even though I did not want to continue the service. During the entire subscription period, I did not use a single paid feature even once. After seeing this unwanted renewal, I contacted PDFSmart customer support, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of communication and the fact that the subscription was renewed without my clear approval are very disappointing. I request the immediate cancellation of this renewed subscription and a full refund of the €49.99 that was charged without my consent.
