I started a trial subscription with Pdfe.com on 4 September 2025 for €0.50 and cancelled it the same day. Despite this, Pdfe.com continued to charge me through Google Pay, linked to my SNS Bank account in the Netherlands, every two weeks. In total, these unauthorized charges have added up to approximately €400, taken without my consent or any new approval from me. I have tried to reach Pdfe.com about these charges, but have not received any response. I consider these withdrawals unauthorized and improper, especially given that I cancelled the trial on the same day I started it and never agreed to a paid subscription or repeated payments. I request a full refund of the total amount of around €400 that has been taken from my account and a written apology for the lack of transparency and communication. I also want confirmation that my details and payment method will be removed from your systems and that no further charges will be made.
