Unauthorised Billing of PDFAid From My Credit Card

I am writing regarding an automatic charge made by Pdfaid on my credit card without any prior notification or clear consent for renewal. On 28 April, an amount of 2,529 rupees was debited from my card for a one‑month period, which I was not informed about in advance. I had previously used a paid plan with Pdfaid, but I was not clearly informed that it would automatically renew or that this amount would be charged again. When I contacted your support about this issue, I found the billing system and the explanation given to be very unsatisfactory and not transparent. I request that the 2,529 rupees charged on 28 April be fully refunded to my credit card and that any automatic renewal or future billing on my account be cancelled. I expect a clear explanation of why this amount was charged without proper notification and that the issue be resolved as soon as possible.
