I am writing to raise a complaint against Pdfe.com regarding an unauthorized auto-renewal charge. On January 6, an amount of 5,213 was deducted from my Axis Bank account for an auto-renewal that I did not consent to and did not knowingly approve. I did not authorize this renewal and was not clearly informed or reminded that such an automatic charge would occur. After noticing the deduction, I tried to reach out, but I have not received any response so far, which has been very disappointing and worrying for me as a customer. I request that the full amount of 5,213 be refunded to my Axis Bank account and that any auto-renewal linked to my details be cancelled immediately. I also expect a clear explanation of how this charge was processed without my explicit consent.
