I Want a Refund From PDFAid for an Unusable PDF Service

On April 10, I paid approximately $31 for the PDF editing service called PDFAid. Although I have proof of payment and the transaction receipt, I am unable to use the service. In addition to this, the system continues to automatically charge my payment method without my approval.
After completing the payment, my membership or Premium access was never activated, and I still cannot use the application or service in any way. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service and support channels, I have not been able to reach any authorized representative or receive any meaningful assistance.
I request a full refund of the approximately $31 I paid for this unusable service and demand that all automatic payment withdrawals related to PDFAid be canceled immediately.
