Unauthorized PDFguru Charge of $72.30 Appears on Visa Card

I recently discovered a charge from PDFguru on my Visa card for $72.30 dated November 21, 2025, even though I was not aware of authorizing such a payment. I am in Canada, and the card was issued here as well. When I noticed this charge on my statement yesterday, I tried to access my PDFguru account using the email address jeangardn**@telus.net, but I have been unable to log in. Several attempts to log in have failed because the web page does not respond properly, and the login process simply does not work. I have also sent emails to PDFguru about this issue, but I have not been able to resolve it or clearly understand what this charge is for, nor whether it is a one‑time payment or part of a recurring subscription, because this is not clear from my Visa statement. I request that PDFguru cancel any existing subscription or service linked to my email address jeangardn**@telus.net, and that the full amount of $72.30 charged on November 21, 2025, be refunded to my Visa card. I also ask for clear written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card without my explicit consent.
