PDFguru Won’t Let Me Log In to Cancel My Subscription

I have been using a PDFguru subscription, and since last month I have been unable to log in to my account in order to cancel it. Each time I try to log in, the system asks me to check my emails for login details, but even when I enter the information sent to my email, it refuses to accept it and does not allow me access. During this period, when I have been blocked from logging in, I have still been charged approximately R32. I have tried to reach Pdfguru customer support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my PDFguru subscription be cancelled immediately and that no further payments be taken from my account. I also expect a review of the charges made during the time I could not access my account and an appropriate resolution.
