PDF Guru Charged After Trial — How to Cancel and Get a Refund
On October 20, 2025, I purchased a one-week trial membership through pdfgurum, and $1 was charged to my account for this transaction. However, after the trial period ended, on October 27, 2025, a high amount of $50 was withdrawn from my bank card in a single transaction without any prior notice or authorization. When signing up for the trial, there was no mention of such a charge, and no consent was requested for this type of billing.
I sent an email to customer support regarding the issue, and a ticket (#2207253) was created. However, I have not yet received any resolution. I request that this unexpected and unauthorized charge be refunded to me.
I kindly ask that the relevant amount be returned to my account as soon as possible.
