However, after the trial period ended, on October 27, 2025, a high amount of $50 was withdrawn from my bank card in a single transaction without any prior notice or authorization. When signing up for the trial, there was no mention of such a charge, and no consent was requested for this type of billing.
I sent an email to customer support regarding the issue, and a ticket (#2207253) was created. However, I have not yet received any resolution. I request that this unexpected and unauthorized charge be refunded to me.
