PDF Guru Unauthorized Withdrawals - I Demand Full Refund

I used the PDF Guru application’s PDF converter service only once, and although I never started any subscription, I recently discovered that ₺40 has been withdrawn from my bank card every 2-3 days for months. I only performed a one-time process on the app and logged out, yet regular withdrawals have continued from my account. This is absolutely unauthorized and constitutes fraud. I have neither a subscription nor any agreement I approved. I also never received any confirmation of a membership or payment either through the app or via email. After noticing the issue, I sent an email to your customer service. I was told that no further charges would be made, but despite requesting an official document regarding this, I have not received any response. I demand a full refund of all unauthorized and unjust charges. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, my bank, and the relevant authorities.
