I used the PDF Guru website only once for a one-time service, and at that point it charged me ₺30. I accepted that amount because I thought it was a single, limited use. However, without my approval, the company later withdrew ₺1899 from my card. This charge happened early in the morning while I was asleep, and I never agreed to any recurring subscription or automatic renewal.
I immediately want this unauthorized subscription canceled and the full ₺1899 refunded to my account. Taking money without a user’s permission feels deceptive and unacceptable, especially when it happens silently overnight. No company should charge such a large amount without clearly informing or obtaining proper consent.
I am demanding that PDF Guru process my refund right away and permanently cancel any subscription tied to my account. This issue must be resolved urgently.
