On 11 April 2026, I noticed that 49.99 euros had been charged, even though I had only agreed to a one-time use for 0.99 euros. I only intended to make a single, one-time payment of 0.99 euros and did not consent to any subscription plan or recurring or higher fee. Despite this, my account was charged 49.99 euros, which I consider unauthorized and not in line with what I agreed to when using your service. I contacted your customer support about this issue, but I was informed that the amount is not refundable. I find this response unacceptable, as the charge does not match the amount I clearly agreed to pay. I kindly request a full refund of the 49.99 euros that was charged without my consent and the cancellation of any subscription or recurring plan that may have been started on my account. I also ask for written confirmation that the refund has been processed and that no further charges will be made.
